Hi Betty!  I have been nibbling on all the little domes that needed to be removed from each layer, and that is a lot of cake, so I won't be getting on the scales for a few days. lol  And I like the bottom layer best!  {:o)

Each batch made 3 6" cake layers, so I ended up with 3 6" cakes.  All have the ombre layers.   This was my second one.  The third has been crumb coated, just waiting for me to decide how to decorate it.
