Three tier cake. First tier vanilla and poppy seed, second tier vainilla, and upper tier chcolate. All of them were cut in two layers filled with cajeta. Covered with vainilla buttercream roses.

THank you ladies for your lovely comments. It isn´t hard Becky, I used the Wiilton´s star IM tip, it make the rossettes very easy, and just make sure each layer is lighter than the one on the bottom. You can add white food color or use white buttercream and add some of the darker color you began with. What I did was that eveytime I finished a layer I put it back on the refrigerator to make the rossettes firmer.
