Cake Decorating Community - Cakes We Bake

Chocolate cake filled with swiss meringue buttercream and iced in dark chocolate ganache. Covered in homemade marshmallow fondant. Cupcake top was sculpted foam 6 in cake dummy with "frosting" created by molding modeling chocolate and then covered with fondant. I used heavy duty cardboard rolls from a fabric store and cut to size . The design is by Sharon Wee in her craftsy class "Design Your Own Castle Cake"
