Mardi Gras

This was a donation for our local art museum's annual Mask Gala and Auction.The masks are completely edible (formed from gum paste). The bells, trim etc are all fondant and the colored dots are poured sugar. The top tier was sponged on with various gold, pink and purple luster dusts/vodka mixture. Lots of work and lots of fun!!
