The letters G and J, were hand carved (I wish there were cake pans), cakes were vanilla with chocolate filling, covered in BC frosting. All decorations were made from piping BC frosting! Thanks for Looking!

Thanks Bonnie, nope, I can't make anything! But, I so love crafting!
Thank you Inoka Nishanthi!
You are right Pamela, it has to take a lot of practice If you can do these beautiful buttercream flowers for sure you can make gumpaste or fondant flowers. :0)
Beautiful cake and flowers are so pretty.
Thank you Luz Iglesias! I encourage you to watch videos and practice, practice and more practice. Can you imagine in the 80's that's the only thing I learned to create flowers by reading and looking at books and yearbooks. I'm so grateful for current the technology! I dreamed of the day I could learn to make gum-paste flowers! WhooooooHooooooo! LOL!
Gorgeous Pamela!! the flowers are great, for me it is difficult to make buttercream flowers.
I had to repeatedly redo the flowers until they looked okay! I must keep up with practicing, but thank you ever so much Sandra Smiley! LOL! That you too Goreti!
From what I can see, Pamela, you haven't dropped your piping skills very far - lol!
