I make my own fondant, MMF. The amount of gumpaste I need to use I cut that out of the fondant, then I add a little Gum-Tex (it's by Wilton) and knead that into my fondant. Then wrap and let it sit for about a couple of hours. Then I create whatever I want with it like flowers, figurine and towers. I use whatever colors just like in fondant. Please do remember to label it, so you don't mix them up. Or you can just buy the gumpaste mix by wilton and just add water. I rather use the 1st. bc it saves me money. It comes in a can which I brought last year and I still have alot more to ue. Hope this helps and happy baking!!!
