Hi Rosalie, thanks for the kind words. I purchased some of the molds, made from food safe silicone, and made some molds from my own sea shell collection. The purchased ones are a bit pricey ( most were $14-20 ea.) for one time use, but I have used them several times. They have great detail. I also like making my own molds. The shark is cereal treats. There is a clear bowl between layers of this cake. (see other pics). In the bowl are more fish and shells and a pale tan sugar that looks just like sand. There is also a surfer somewhere on the cake. You have some beautiful cakes. I have only made a handful or two and am still learning.

Hi Antionette,  I love all your decorations on these cakes.  They are beautifully created to perfection.  I used to make all the cakes for our local aquarium for children's birthdays and there  anniversaries and this one would have been a perfect rendition.  Did you have molds for the seahorse and some of the other fish you have created on this cake?
