Jimmy's Birthday 2011 001

This was a quicky cake for my hubby. I made it last minute so it didn't have time to chill real well but he got a laugh. I used the Wilton Sports ball pan for the fish. That's him in his kayak. I swear they fish follow him. He hardly catches any! I refer to our 2 trout dinners as the "$200 trout dinner".
