I'm not sure how long it can be kept in the fridge before using. I normally make it the day before I use it and then freeze what I have left over after decorating the cake. Make sure to re-beat it after it's been in the fridge or freezer.

Beautiful.............. Thanks for the butter cream recipe, was the piping for this cake done with the same recipe. I am going to be making this reipce for a cake next week, how long can I keep it in the fridge?
