Nicks Deer
I hand sculpted this deer head out of modeling chocolate.. He stands 11" high and is 5 1/2" wide.. I also made a cake to look like a plaque that he will sit on top of.. For my son's 23rd birthday. No supports needed..

Really well done Kelly. I just have to get brave and try this modelling chocolate thing - people seem to get such great results from it. The plaque cake is a super idea
