Nicki Minaj cake - client had a photo of cake she wanted but it was 5 tiers which she didn't need. But she did want the square "stage" and a round tier. So, this is what I came up with. She said she was thrilled as was the 14 year old birthday girl. Buttercream under fondant with fondant swags and bow. WASC bottom tier, WASC double fudge top tier (almost like a brownie!). This cake was finished before Marney's great advice about using cake drums for a more professional look.
