National Hairball Awareness Day Cake

Yes, it is a holiday in Veterinary Medicine. Our hospital enjoyed making fun of the day. This was my first attempt at spun sugar for the "hairball". The rest is peanut butter buttercream on a vanilla cake. The cats were made from melted Wilton's candy melts. I also made matching cupcakes. April 2010
