My first wedding cake

I made this cake for my neice's wedding. With 3 colors and shapes of pre-made sweet peas placed around and down the edges of buttercream icing, with tiny rose leaves added to make it look fresh. I placed clear plastic heart molds in the spaces of the second layer, and clusters of flowers on the bottom layer. Extra flowers were sprinkled down the staircases. The cake top was a mirror candleholder placed on its side, with the same red foil paper that lined the cake boards to reflect on the mirror. A pearl spray behind that and roses to each side of the bride and groom made a very simple romantic top. Red rose petals sprinkled around made the flowers pop. I love drama!
