Big Mouth Bass Birthday Cake - 1130F
Layers of chocoalte fudge cake and chocolate ganache covered in chocolate buttercream and homemade marshmallow fondant. Gill and fins made from modeling chocolate and then painted on details. Painted the back side of a cake board to make it look like a wood plaque.
