I am in Canada & you the UK, so don't know if my advice will help.  For regular, simple iced cupcakes here most places charge $2.50, or 1.65 lb sterling. But for what you have displayed here, it would be more like $3.00-$3.50 or 1.94-2.27 lb sterling.  You are in a large city, as am I, so that definitely makes a difference as to what you can charge.   Hope this helps.   :o)
