It's been so long since we did this, I think it is yellow cake with chocolate buttercream.  I had some white buttercream in the fridge, so Jordan crinkled up a paper towel & used that to apply the snow.  We did the snow flakes & writing together.  She did the snowfall at the bottom.  Someday I will remember that the seams show less when done properly with ganache first!   We, Jordan & I just seem to go with the flow... {:o))
