The bottom tier is vanilla, and has 4 straws cut flush with top of cake to support the top tier when added.
The top tier is pineapple coconut, all layers filled and covered with vanilla almond pure white buttercream, dyed a sky blue. Then both tiers covered each with a blanket of MMF, dipping down a little, here and there. 2 wooden dowels down through both tiers to keep cake from moving. White sanding sugar over all.
Royal icing snowflakes either stuck on with more RI, or mounted on spaghetti with RI, then stuck into cake. Lettering also RI, mounted on spaghetti with RI, and stuck into cake.
Elsa, Anna, & Olaf are MMF, held together & mounted using more spaghetti.

Thanks Goreti.  When using RI, are you supposed to go over them twice, or what, to keep them from breaking?

Same thing happened to me, Bonnie, when I made the snow cake.

Before it was finished, obviously.  It has too few flakes, and no Elsa!
