The bottom tier is vanilla, and has 4 straws cut flush with top of cake to support the top tier when added.
The top tier is pineapple coconut, all layers filled and covered with vanilla almond pure white buttercream, dyed a sky blue. Then both tiers covered each with a blanket of MMF, dipping down a little, here and there. 2 wooden dowels down through both tiers to keep cake from moving. White sanding sugar over all.
Royal icing snowflakes either stuck on with more RI, or mounted on spaghetti with RI, then stuck into cake. Lettering also RI, mounted on spaghetti with RI, and stuck into cake.
Elsa, Anna, & Olaf are MMF, held together & mounted using more spaghetti.

I have not even attempted making the princesses.  Olaf is it.  I usually tell my customers they need to provide the plastic figures.  I don't trust myself with that kind of detail   I have the same issue with proportions - plus I have issues with clothes!!!

Happy new year Becky!  And thanks for stopping by.

The faces were the easiest thing, used my mold mix to produce the faces, but the bodies were a pain you know where!  I can not EVER seem to keep the arms, legs, & body parts in proportion!  So Olaf was the winner on this one. lol Tried the blue in his mouth, instead of the traditional black, and I liked it. Thanks again!

The 4 tall red posts beside Elsa are ever burning candles, so she couldn't blow them out! lol

When I did mine, Bonnie, I did go over a lot of them twice and I was using a # 3 tip.  They still broke.  I am like you, made a bunch, so had enough for the cake.
