Top tier is styrofoam covered in ivory fondant with gumpaste flowers and fondant embellishments. I got inventive and used a tupperware lid to make the half shells.
Bottom tier is Chocolate fudge cake with chocolate bc & skor bar filling. Covered in shabby chic white bc

I sometimes think I should apply my "cookie imperfection" rule to make cakes... (Maybe only the ones made with Butter Cream only...)That's right... if there not "perfect"... and none of my cakes ever are (I can always find little things...) the whole thing ends up in my mouth... and that takes care of that... LOL!!!

With Cookies.... I don't like giving the cookies away with "slight" imperfections... so, yes...! They sometimes end up in my mouth... I find myself being WAY to picky sometimes... for whatever reason... HA HA...!!! LOL!!!
That is why I stopped baking treats of any kind..... bars, cookies, squares. I made low fat pumpkin muffins 2 wks ago, and nobody ate any. I ended up putting them in the freezer to dole out to myself. Chris is a bit of a health nut, so if I bake.. he might eat it, he might not. If he does, it wouldn't be much. Then it sits around and Steve & I get ino it.
Yup....the story of my life! I truly am a cookie monster!
