Cake Decorating Community - Cakes We Bake

Top tier is styrofoam covered in ivory fondant with gumpaste flowers and fondant embellishments. I got inventive and used a tupperware lid to make the half shells.
Bottom tier is Chocolate fudge cake with chocolate bc & skor bar filling. Covered in shabby chic white bc

Thank you Goreti. Going out to dinner with just family tomorrow. Then back to the house for cake. Only 8 of us, so didn't need a very big cake. :0)

A scor bar is a basically a MacIntosh toffee covered in chocolate.... caramel, but crunchy. They stopped making McIntosh toffee in the plaid box here. I miss it. Whack the box, eat all the loverly bits of toffee.

btw - send me over a slice will you?  Chocolate fudge cake with chocolate buttercream - drool.  I won't mention the skor bar filling as I don't have the foggiest what a skor bar is, but I'm sure it's lovely.

June - this is just lovely.  You really have excelled yourself this time.  But, bloomin' eck - where do you find the time to do all this and give so much to CWB? Flippin' Superwoman if you ask me.
