6" x 8" tall fresh strawberry cake filled and frosted with cream cheese buttercream in the water color manner. The roses are made without cutters using Nicholas Lodge's recipe for gum paste and Betty Crocker Neon Gel Color.

Thanks, Bonnie! I like the roses, but I love this buttercream technique and purple, blue and green is my all-time favorite color combination.
Which do I like more? The rose or the cake?
