Christmas Cake 2010
This is the cake I created to share with my family this Christmas it is also the first decorated Christmas Cake I have ever made. I love cake decorating. Vanilla cake with cherries in chocolate liquor, covered with vanilla butter-cream frosting and then covered with chocolate ganache laced with dark rum.
