Thank you Anne! It's the medium size pillow pan...I believe it took 2 cakes to fill, so a fairly big cake.

I've never tried a square pan but I don't see why it won't work.

This is really neat, how big is it?  Can I make a pillow cake with a 9 inch sqaure cake?
