Cake Decorating Community - Cakes We Bake

The 'pot' is chocolate with Kahlua chocolate frosting, covered in fondant colored to look like clay. I kept aside a piece of the cake which I crumbled and patted onto the top of the frosting to look like 'soil'. The daffodils and leaves are gum paste.

I haven't made daffodils before. The1st flower took me 2 hours while I tried to figure it out. They next 2 took a little less time, but the last 2 only took about 25 minutes for both of them, so practice made a big difference.
