Thanks-actually,these are royal icing roses.Idid a short course approximately 2 years ago.However,I do feel self taught.

Nice! I really like the buttercream flowers! Have you done any classes? I have't yet, but I am planning to, because I want to be able to pipe beautiful flowers like that!
