Monster High Birthday Theme Cake

2 tier Monster High Birthday Cake for Raelie who turned 9! Monster High Skull on cake is a sugar cookie covered with royal icing. Addition cookies were made in pink and purple bows!!! The diamond shapes on cake are fondant as well as hearts on cake board. Letters and number 9 are candy melt. Teal heart on top cake is fondant and I used tip 2 black icing to make scar-like effect. Colors used go with Monster High theme.
