I made this for our local food bank dessert auction. It was a Hawaiian theme. It is a Almond Joy Cake - chocolate almond cake with coconut filling and coconut Swiss meringue buttercream. It is covered in modeling chocolate. The flower is also made out of modeling chocolate. The sand is brown sugar.
