I love this cake, it is brilliant, and I love your figure modelling - one thing to do a course, another to apply it ;-)

Tracy, yes I did a 2 day course at Slatteries in Manchester UK, well worth all the money, not only for the course but the plane ticket!!!!!!!!!! as I live on Jersey. I feel more confident and have adapted alot of what I was taught. it was brilliant fun.

Thank you Sue, yes it did take me forever but I did charge it out at £500,   I think this is reasonable.
