Hey dina. i use a flower pick... fill it with fondant then use gauge 24 wires to put whatever you choose onto the end.. then fill the flower pick with your wires, bending them out how you want them to be. And the curls, i only found that recently. I had to pay for a tutorial to find out what they were... but am happy to tell you that it is bear grass! such an effective look don't you think.
