Cake Decorating Community - Cakes We Bake

This is my Wedding Cake which My talented Husband Alexander created. The Flowers are all gumpaste as well as my bouquet.

The Cake itself is alternating layers of; Chocolate Genoise, Chambord Simple, Fresh Raspberry Jam, Chocolate Buttercream, Chocolate Genoise, Chambord Simple Syrup & a Layer of Valhrona Chocolate Mousse. The 2nd & 4th tiers were a Vanilla Genoise with a Grand Marnier Simple Syrup & Fresh Orange Marmalade, a layer of Vanilla Bean Buttercream, Genoise w/ GM Simple & a Callebaut White Chocolate Mousse Layer. It was covered in a light Ivory layer of SatinIce Fondant.
