My patient with cerebral palsy ordered this cake himself! We used his augementative/alternative communication strategies to narrow down the flavour, icing type, colour, design etc. until I got exactly want he wanted. He was so happy with the result! Isn't that great?? It's a chocolate fudge 9x13 cake with chocolate buttercream filling, vanilla butercream icing and fondant accents.
