Thanks so much, Jennifer. This cake was almost a complete disaster. The cake itself was baked the other day for a graduation order that I had. It didn't rise at all. I have since figured out what went wrong but I won't say because it was totally my fault and it was a really stupid mistake. I couldn't bring myself to throw it away...it still tasted good and had six eggs in it (it was a 12x18) so I just cut it in half and layered it. Then I just could not get the icing smooth. That's why the white looks like stucco and why you don't see the sides of the cake! Thank God the decorating went much smoother that the rest. I am really happy with how it turned out.

Really nice cake! I like how you rufrfled your borders to resemble a flag blowing, that really gives the cake motion
