It's a word document business card template that I use to make the cards and the stock can be purchased at Office Depot.  They come in a nice quantity and are preforated and I use a hole punch for the ribbon.  In this case I had a Mickey punch I got at a craft store.  The graphic was something I found on the internet that was perfect and I'm sure I still have if you want it.

I love your Minnie Mouse Cookies and how u packaged them.  Can you tell me how to went about printing the label? I'd like to try that some day. Thank you.
