When I made this one, along with 4 other tiny cakes, it was for my Goddaughter, her future husband, and her Mom. She is someone special to me along with her Mom, so I just sent the left-overs home with them, and did not charge them. Anyone else, I charge a fee and will supply up to 7 tiny cakes, 2 different colored mints in the colors of the brides choice, nuts, and a punch, and coffee or tea, and they may bring up to 10 people to taste. if there are any left overs, they take what is left home. It's more like a 'party' atmosphere as we talk cakes and mints.

This little cake was the style that my God daughter wanted her cake in, which I just made this last week-end.

do you save the left over tasting cake for another tasting... if yes how do you keep it fresh for next tasting?
