Thanks, June!  In 100 years I would not have thought of applying the color that way!  Katy is right, they look exactly like Pinks.  Beautiful.

Thanks June!  I new you would come up with a way! lol  And as for being inspired, it was YOUR idea to start with, you sent me the info ages ago, I just did not follow up on it at the time.  But, hey, I'll take the credit!  lol

Yes, Katy, I too like the one on the right, looks more like a real carnation. The other is 2 colours put together for fun.
Thanks Goreti....
Sandra: I fill a glass with warm water, add my gel colour as close to the intensity as possible. I emmerse my paper in the glass. Take it out, squeeze out the liquid. Lay on a paper towel, nuke in the micro for 30 sec to dry. Then, depending how dark I want the colour, I re-emmerse and repeat.
Bonnie: My filters are large, and yes you guessed it, I fold into 4's, then cut. Open then you cut so you have 4 long strips. Fold like a accordian, then glue together. I took a toothpick to open up the petals.

really pretty June - loving the one on the right.  For all the world like a tiny 'pink'.

June, these are amazing....can't believe they are coffee filters!  Love the colors, too.  What did you us for color?

YES, more like what I wanted!! HOW did you do them small?  Fold, then cut? Or what?
