Dump Truck Construction Cake

The cake is a 12" chocolate and vanilla cake layers and the filling is chocolate ganache and vanilla buttercream. The sizable dump truck and the mound of "dirt" are all made from RKT. The truck is covered in modeling chocolate. My son wanted his truck to look like the truck on the invitation. I think he had a great idea! I hand cut construction vehicles from clip art I bought from a seller on Etsy. I have more photos of the sides of the cake on my facebook page Adventures in Caking.
