Melting Ice Cream Cone Birthday Cake
My second time making this cake. The color combinations I just love. The inside was made with one layer of choc., 1 layer of vanilla & 1 layer of straw. cake. RKT made the ball to look like scoop of ice cream. The chocolate topping was a combination of melting chocolate crushed and chocolate ganache. It was so yummy! I can't believe in 17 years I have just tried this recipe. It is so delish. Warm some heavy whipping cream add some hershey's semi sweet chocolate and wisp until all blended.

Thanks ladies, the 1st attempt OMG!! I had chocolate all over the place and then I tried chocolate ganache. It was just perfect.
