Meatloaf cupcakes
Thinking outside the box!! I have a picky little eater, the LOVES all my desserts I make. Si I made meatloaf in my CC pan and topped it w/ mash potato "frosting" he could not believe we were having CCs for dinner, although his face told me they did not taste like my CCs usually do, LOL!!

Great idea!!! We used to make cheese and trees for the kids for dinner.... (broccoli & cheese) they got to dip their trees in the cheese and they learned to like broccloi that way!
