Puerto Rico Columbus' Discovery Festival 828F

Cake depicts Puerto Rico's flag, clothing, vegetables, fruits, musical instruments, baseball, flowers & Castillo de San Felipe del Morro's tower. The cake is cut in the shape of Puerto Rico along with the 2 islands. Yellow cake with pineapple filling, buttercream crumb coat, covered in fondant. All decorations are made of fondant & gumpaste except the tower. Tower was made of rice krispie treat & covered in fondant. Water is buttercream. Mountains are cake.
