White sour cream doctored up mix (DH) cut into four layers and spread with almond butter cream icing. Iced in almond flavored butter cream, and hearts that I have been practicing with Royal Icing were added. The roses are gum paste.

My best friend here in town ordered at the last minute two cakes. One for her son and one for her granddaughter. Thank you June. I take that as a compliment. Butter cream is something that I am familiar with after working with it for over 30 years. It's fondant that is all new to me.

Linda, you never cease to amaze me. This aboslutely beautiful. I wish you lived nearby. I would love to watch you decorate cakes I know I would learn alot from you. Luv it.
