Martha & Wesley's 50th Wedding Anniversary Cake

45" tall, this cake had one tier of carrot cake filled with cream cheese frosting, one tier of chocolate filled with chocolate buttercream, one tier of coconut filled with coconut buttercream and fresh coconut and one tier of fresh strawberry, filled with vanilla buttercream and strawberries. The top tier is a dummy. The cake is finished in white chocolate ganache with fondant accents and gum paste roses and foliage, pyracantha, ivy and fantasy flower fillers.
