Sponge Bob
My daughter's nephew wanted Sponge Bob for his birthday cake, The cake is 26" tall (without his hat) and is a white chocolate cake with a whipped ganache filling.

It's really easy Kimberley, it's basically just a 3 tier cake. I stacked it straight, with center support rod and I used foam core and bubble tea straws to support each tier. The Legs are metal poles that I attached with a metal flange on each end. His pants covered the top flanges and his shoes and the green "floor" cover the bottom flanges.
