Oh yes you can, just allow yourself plenty of time. It took me a week to do them, because I did not use any gumpaste, just fondant and they were very fragile to work with. If you want to work faster, use gumpaste.

I can't even imagine how much time those daisies took.  I don't think I will ever be able to do that.  They are stunning!

Thank you Dee,  she was soooooo happy - especially when she was not expecting me to match the fondant daisies with the ones she used for the wedding.  Her smile and the one who paid for it (lol) makes all that extra work so worth it.

Yes you do need to do that Sandra.  Just come by CWB and watch everyone else throwing themselves off bridges and sit and laugh at us 'cos you're chillin'!

Ohhh Katy you are too funny; but tell me about stress...I am to the point of having chest pain, (scary stuff).  Right after this weekend with the last two cakes, I am going to rest for a while...hopefully.

No way Sandra - as my husband keeps telling me 'less is more'.  Shame I don't seem to be able to put that thesis into practice as I am overstretching myself again and the stress levels are up to boiling point!
