Autumn Wedding Cake 1025F
Autumn themed wedding cake. - This is the second wedding/tiered cake I have ever made :)
All cakes are handmade from scratch. No box mixes are allowed in my house :)
Top 2 tiers are chocolate orange madeira with home made orange curd and orange butter icing.
Bottom 2 tiers are lemon madeira with home made lemon curd and lemon butter icing.
Sugarpasted cakes.
All decorations are handmade with sugarpaste.
Each leaf is individually dusted with edible blossom tints, then gold lustre and is steamed to give a nice finish.
