Ok. So I covered the entire cake in buttercream. The waterfall is piping gel that I colored with blue icing gel. I just put the piping gel on with a spatula. With white buttercream on a toothpick, I added various swirls in the waterfall to give the effect of moving water and splashes. Hope this helps.

Hi Brandy, what is the technique you used for the waterfall? And what type of icing?? Looks great!
