Final Cake for Wilton Course One

My final cake for Wilton Course One. LOL I call it a drop flower, pom pom flower, shaggy mum, rosette, Wilton rose cake! And boy, is it a "BUSY" cake! LOL. Truth be told I wanted to incorporate all the methods I've learned in the course on one cake and this is the end result, there's just too many new techniques for one cake! Although it wasn't the result I was looking for it was fun to put together. My motto is less is best and that's what I plan on doing next time. Looking forward to Wilton Course Two! =)
