Liverpool Bingo 80th birthday 001
The brief was - born in Wales, supports Liverpool FC, has 2 children and plays bingo! Board covered to resemble a bingo card with her date of birth, her age and this year as the numbers, with Bingo! across the top. Cake wrapped in Liverpool FC scarf (with LIVERPOOL written on the other 3 sides), two rather dubious boy and girl figurines, with the little girl holding a bunch of daffodils for Wales.
Vanilla Vic Sponge, triple layer with raspberry jam and vanilla butter icing. Covered in white fondant.

haha, thanks Mandy! Yep, I have learnt the hard way about getting figures to stand - mostly stick them on with good old firm royal icing!
