Little Pink Cake
This is a Duncan Hines Blue Velvet Cake filled with Raspberry, frosted with Almond Buttercream topped with Gum Paste Stargazer Lilies. Just wanted to see what a Blue Velvet was - it's a plain old Vanilla cake dyed blue. It was OK with the addition of the Raspberry filling and Almond frosting. Will not make again.

It's lovely. Sandra, you are going to laugh but I have a thing about certain colors in food. Blue is one of them. Won't touch it. My daughter once made me a drink with blue curacao and I wouldn't drink it. All I could think of was Windex. lol
