Thank you. The icing is simple--- 1TBLSP of butter softened to 2 cups powdered sugar--touch of extract (your choice--usually vanilla) - 1 tsp. corn syrup---milk to make a slightly runny consistency.
That's the hard part--trying to get the right consistency. Must be thick enough to dry yet liquidy to spread easily. I clean up the edges while frosting with the spatula knife. It's almost like color flow icinig. I use a toothpick to feather the design while it is still wet. Will be posting some Easter cookies done the same way.
