Bagel cake a

Full picture of the bagel cake. It had "red onion", "lox", and "green leaf lettuce" inside. The cake is in one piece with a trough cut out of the side. I would do it differently now. Turns out to be tough to have that dip in the middle! The fondant wants to tear.
